Very yummy food!!! Portions are fairly large and I normally make 1 meal into 2. The desserts are amazing! Their strawberry pie is super delicious I wish they made it year round. Great place to take little kids to because everyone is making noise that it doesn't seem out of place for a kid to be loud.
NO BONES. Of course I took home a cinnamon roll for the next morning. Was not disappointed.
Our first visit was very good. we went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We got seated right away. We didn't have to wait long to be served and the place was very busy. We will visit again!
Of the local restaurants I have visited, Corner Cafe is the only one that didn't. THANK YOU!!!
I moved away from Missouri for 13 years, this was one of my first stops. I missed everything, the staff had always been exceptional, the food always superb. It's a great casual restaurant, whether your in Riverside, Independence or Liberty.
Our waitress Jennifer was wonderful. My husband ordered the fish and chips...3 very small pieces of very greasy fish and a platter full of French fries. I ordered the 1/4 lb burger...when did they stop using real hamburger and started with the frozen hockey pucks? I also ordered the onion rings...they were awesome. Was very disappointed with the quality of the food.
I had the catfish, I've never had such delicious catfish. The cornmeal breading was course not so fine you didn't taste the cornmeal.
Never had a bad experience here. Great food and excellent prices. All home made including the bisquits and gravy. Order your holiday pies early. Best in town!!!
