After paying for the top carwash at the Glasshouse in Independence MO my car was still filthy. Unfortunately earlier that day on the highway a dump truck in front of me lost its tarp covering the back and dirt, rock, and a sticky grim covered my vehicle. I was so scared this substance was stuck on my paint forever. i happened to be driving by the Ultra Clean Car Wash on Noland rd and figured it cant hurt to try another. Immediately Sheila, who was working at the front window, ensured I purchased the correct wash package that would allow the employees to spend as much time as needed to get it off!!! Then she personally spoke to the washers explained the situation and to please do whatever necessary to get it clean. The washers spent over 20 mins scrubbing with brushes, sponges and power sprays to remove it. Then they sent me through the car wash and told me to come back around after. They then scrubbed some more and sent me through again. Megan, Brittany, and Jerry were the washers. I don't normally take the time to write a review but then again i have NEVER had so much energy put into helping me before in this type of situation! !! Sheila is Amazing. I drive about 54 miles to work in independence and she offered me unlimited car washes for the month at $45. I couldn't refuse. I spend about 60 a week usually. Thanks again Sheila!! Come here they'll NEVER let you down!!
Love this car wash. My family has always gone here. I even remember going as a little kid and loving it. Sheila is always great to talk to and she is very helpful. My family is on the monthly pass for families so we can wash our cars any day we please and it is really convenient. I love it there. Would totally recommend.
I love Ultra Clean car wash! The monthly plans are convenient and affordable and my car is always clean when I leave. I also love their gaurantee! Their customer service is wonderful. I always look forward to seeing Sheila! She is so kind and always has such a positive attitude! I definitely recommend Ultra Clean car wash!
I had a great experience at this car wash. Fast and but slow enough to get the job done. Sheila at the cashier was awesome as well. Will be returning again!
