I have been to court for two infractions and both cases were dismissed so I was very happy with the judge. They are very tolerant and understanding and give fair punishment as I saw for the other people who went to the judge.
These ladies have the most disgusting attitudes. I called from out of state to get my records to enlist in the military and the woman on the phone acted like she had something better to do. This really doesn't surprise me; considering most of them are prior tweekers.
Women that answers the phone is very rude, called to find out where to send payment for my daughter, lady was not helpful at all. May want to relocate her to another position
Called 5 different phone numbers for a whole hour nobody answering
In dealing with the operator on the phone: short-tempered, rude, and barely helpful. Not much help. I ended up getting things figured out after asking several times. Not very clear in the answers given. Not much class towards people calling. Be sure to give yourself a couple hours of overflow time when dealing with them, they operate on their own time.
