The owner/worker is an extremely nice individual to work with.
Long story short; we received terrible service, we were also unfairly overcharged for a product advertised at a lower price, and the quality of the product was not up to our standards. The store refused to refund the charges and made no offer of exchange or store credit.

Purchased a plant with flowers arranged in a basket from Flowerama in Independence on 12/28/15 for my brother-in-laws visitation and funeral service. My wife and I were very please initially with the arrangement we received that day. On 12/29/15 the day if the funeral, when we arrived at the funeral home the majority of the flowers were dead and the arrangement looked horrible at the funeral service, we were very embarrassed. We spent $108.00 for the arrangement and expected to receive a quality product, but it was far from it. We contacted the manager at Flowerama on 12/29/15 and advised of the issue we had and took pictures to show them. They told us there was nothing they could do and would not provide any portion of a refund. I would highly recommend purchasing your flowers from another florist that will stand behind there product.
