As a single mom of 2, I really appreciate this store and the owners help. I came into the store on a budget and he worked with me to get the dining set I really wanted. He was friendly and really cared about my needs. Most stores I went to, I would have had to wait a week or more for delivery, but with American Factory Direct Furniture I am so excited this set is getting delivered to my apartment SAME DAY TODAY!!!!!!Couldn't be happier. I hope its alright with the store, I attached a picture of my new set. Need a living room set next and will definitely be back!
Nothing but a rip off, avoid this place at all cost! Everything is double priced even before you "finance" it. We got a couch and loveseat for roughly $1400, the same set sells at Ashley Furniture for $700! If we go the full 2 year term with them we will end up paying $2800! 4 times what it's actually worth!!! We've made 6 months worth of payments of $160 dollars and our remaining balance is actually higher than when we purchased it. On top of all of that, the seams on the couches are already ripping out! Horrible products and terrible prices. Just another bs company taking advantage of people with less than perfect credit. UPDATE: Checked the girlfriend's credit karma the other day, there is a balance on her credit for this couch set of 3400 dollars!!! This company and it's people are nothing but low life trash praying on good people.
I came in with my grandmother who I am helping move into an retirement home and the staff was so friendly helping her.They weren't pushy and they took the time and patience with us that my grandma needed. We were able to get her a lift chair and new bed delivered within the week. They even gave her free senior citizen delivery!! My mother has never had much in her life and now she has brand new furniture and couldn't be happier! Thank you guys!
Great selection, prices are even better! Dave the owner was very helpful and friendly and even helped us get our new bed home. Getting ready to move and will be back because I need furniture! They also finance! Come check them out!!
This place is GREAT! I have horrible credit and was able to get approved to take home my sectional the same day. They had a lot to choose from on the showroom floor and also through special catalogs that I can order from. The owner was great and super friendly. I feel like more than just a number at this store. My wife was so happy also we will definitely be back!!!!!!!!Thank you so much and for those of you looking for furniture Look no further, this is the best!
