Friendly and nostalgic. They charge too much for video game rentals, but think about it: They're a smaller business competing with online streaming and other large corporations. It's nice going there and finding movies you can't get from Netflix or Hulu.
Very good service at a crazy reasonable price. Can't beat the traditional feel of a DVD for nostalgia. They have many titles not found on Amazon or Netflix. Video game rentals are reasonable, too.
Nice friendly staff. Free moviewith the purchase of a pizza from Marco's which has a window to connect it to the the family video. Pizza is great the staff always welcomed you.
Great place I just love having it right down the street! My kids really look forward to the weekends now.We go every Friday night get pizza with the partnering business next door Marcos and watch movies all night till we fall asleep it's assume and we usually wake up ready to put in another movie and if we run out by Sunday we just go get more movies!!!!!
I like the idea of this store but ran poorly....I just got a call today telling me I have had 2 movies for 20days one of which I never rented and the other was returned the next day when I got more movies. I love the store I really do but the concept of checking movies back in need to be worked on. I've seen with my own eyes a person that doesn't work there that looks like they are hanging around with the person that does work there pick movies up out of the basket and put them back on the shelf without checking them back in. So if you choose to rent movies with them pay attention to their late fees BC they will charge you when you have returned movies.
