In my past I had seen a lot of bad exterior paint jobs where people cut corners to get the job done vs getting it done the right way. So I was very skeptical about who to hire. First Pace Painting was a name given to me by recommendation so I called them up and asked for a quote. His quote was detailed and easy to understand. I knew this was the company I wanted. I couldn't make up my mind with a few things and changed it last minute but Luke was very patient with me and answered all of my questions quickly. His team came out to prep and paint the house and did a WONDERFUL job! I was really nervous about them getting paint on everything that shouldn't have paint on it...but the prep of protecting everything was on point. I actually tried to find paint on things after they were done and couldn't. I am very pleased with the quality of work they did and to top it all off his crew was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely recommend First Pace Painting to a friend or stranger!
We were extremely impressed with the prompt proffesional job provided by this company. Having had many contractors & projects at our home over a 14 yr span I can easily say they were fantastic. Luke was very professional when he came to give me a quote to paint the interior of our home and newly finished basement including staining brand new maple cabinets in the bar area. The crew were very polite and respectful and made sure i was happy with their work! They took the time to prep areas correctly and paid attention to detail in all trim work, wall and ceiling areas. They did a spectacular job and i could not be more pleased. The cabinets turned out beautiful as well. Luke came by every day to make sure everything was being done correctly. Over the last 8 years Luke and members of his crew have literally painted every wall, ceiling and piece of wood trim in the interior of our home. The workmanship is consistently top quality and, to a person, they are upbeat and professional - the most "can do" crew we've ever worked with. We especially love their attention to detail.
