$3600 for a mutt is STUPID!!!!
We ended up going to A REPUTABLE, VERIFIED, AKC breeder. Met the puppies parents, saw the facilities, have his generations lines, and health guarantee, shots, and EVERYTHING PETLAND "includes" and we only paid $450 for an ACTUAL purebred puppy.
Refused to let my 20 year old daughter hold a puppy, saying she wasn't 18. Even after she showed them, or tried to show then -- they refused to look at it - her drivers license. Extremely rude people!!

EVERYBODY THE PUPPIES DO NOT COME FROM PUPPY MILLS. The owner of the store goes to every single breeder before we accept any puppies from them. They are all USDA licensed and approved. They aren't allowed to have more than two breeding females on their property at a time and they are inspected often. The reason the puppies can be pricey is because they are not from puppy mills. We pay more than a thousand dollars to get a puppy and then we pay for them to be vaccinated, microchipped, registered, and you get quite a few complimentary vet visits at the Blue Springs Animal hospital. We have five vet techs on staff and a vet from the Blue Springs Animal Hospital comes in at the very least twice a week to check out all of our puppies. If a puppy does get sick, somebody from the staff takes them to the vet and is sure to take good care of the puppy. WE LOVE OUR PUPPIES AND WE TREAT THEM BETTER THAN MOST PET STORES! The puppies are never left alone for more than six hours without somebody checking on them and cleaning all the kennels. They all go on walks once a day. The employees come in early and stay late so that every puppy gets a chance to get played with every single day. If you want a cheap puppy, then you're going to be a sick puppy from a puppy mill. Petland is a wonderful place that just wants to get puppies a home.
Worst Petland ever! Simply said because it's really not worth my time. I should've checked the reviews before I bought my pomsky here. Paperwork says he has balls and he doesn't have balls!!! That drops his monetary "value" drastically and all they are giving me is a 400 dollar check because i wont accept store credit obviously. Why would I want store credit here? I have a bad experience and they offer 150 cash and 450 store credit? Lofl get out of here. The BBB and everyone else will hear of your trickery! I paid 3600 for him btw. I deserve at least 50% back if anything. Not 10%.....smh
Very nice and well kept. The puppies look very healthy and the associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and friendly!

PETLAND-- A purebred dog is NOT mixed. I can not tell you how many times they told us it was a purebred dog, then told us what they were mixed with. IDIOTS WORK HERE!
Excellent service! Patient with us through the whole process of purchasing our puppy. Very knowledgeable about the animals and willing to help however needed. Impressed with cleanliness of the store as well. Would recommend to anyone!!
We researched a puppy, actually a couple puppies, we liked here. The "breeders" listed on the dogs "papers" ARE PUPPY MILLS !!!
