Horrible people and worse realtors. No communication they were unfortunately our selling realtors and didn't know what comp means. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Avoid purchasing ANY house he sells. He sold a house and the whole entire process was a nightmare. His client and him failed to disclose of a mold and urine stained carpets, in which they tried to cover up 2 days after we placed an offer on the house. We are now out at least $13000
