McCownGordon's Design Build Project for the Kansas City Missouri Fire Department was completed October 2011 ahead of schedule thanks to many subcontractors that perfomed on this project.
As promised, their crews were prepared to start the project earlier than originally scheduled and to assist McCown Gordon in maintaining our fast track project. Their immediate response to field conditions changes showed their commitment to the project.

As many of us know, sometimes a project can experience some challenges. This project's challenge was trying to match many different shades of red (it truly was a red devil detail). Cornell Roofing and Sheet Metal was so very diligent in trying to ensure that both McCown Gordon and the Fire Department were happy with their red.
I have not used this Contractor, and I have not seen thier work. My review is based on the actions of one of their drivers pulling a trailer. This morning (9/11/17) one of their drivers in a white pickup and black trailer was splitting the 2 left lanes, trying to prevent traffic from passing. I assume thier driver does not understand zipper merging (the kind endorsed, and promoted by Modot on thier website), and he was trying to prevent people from driving properly. What he did is very unsafe, and inappropriate. I would avoid using this company if they hire people like this.
Cornell Roofing and Sheet Metal patiently explored the many shades and when one was finally determined, Cornell was there to complete the job without comlaint. We know that Cornell was providing that extra effort.
I have worked with the people at Cornell for about four months now. They have treated us well, paid excellent attention to detail and gave us great service. They stick to their schedules and get the work done on time. They are customer focused and dedicated to getting the project done right. And with no leaks! I would give them high praise for their efforts.
