I wanted to review the Petco dog training classes to let people know that these classes are not for dogs with real issues. If you want to teach your dog some basic tricks, then these classes would be great for you. They would score way higher for that. But if you have a dog with serious problems such as our dog, you will be referred to an actual trainer. We have a dog who is bipolar and has aggressive biting issues. She also is aggressive with our cats and eating everything in our house. We told them upfront about the issues and were told on multiple occasions that they will refer us elsewhere after their classes end to get the help we need. We followed all instructions given but the classes were useless for us. You honestly get what you pay for and for us it was a waste of time and money. We are now going to have to get real, professional training to help us with our dog. Buyer beware!

Was greeted when entered the store. Found shelves to be well stocked & fronted neatly. Small line to check out but moved quickly.
We love this Petco. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff that care about animals. They are wonderful with our dogs and have always helped us find the products we need.
At Petco Saturday for pets to take pic with Santa. Daughter brought her tabby cat/ smokey-max. Very nice & friendly staff with pets. Smokey-max did just fine. No squirming to get away. Petco is fully stocked with all your pet lovers needs, plus a grooming room at the front of the store.
Our only complaint is corporate should make sure they are adaquately stocked with foods, ect. Their current process is insufficient. I have spoken to the manager at more than one Petco about running out of food and treats and they can't do anything. They are at the mercy of corporate.
I gave it 4 stars because of handy location. They provide pet services vaccinations and grooming so that's a value. Think store has good layout, its well lit, staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. The prices are a little high. I can get same food at another store for $1.88..here was over 2.00..so its a matter of convenience..it comes for a price.
