We recently needed help arranging travel to Maui in order to attend a friend's wedding. Larry at the Travel Store sprang into action and very quickly and efficiently and professionally secured our flight, our hotel, and our rental car. His greatest help was in locating a hotel for us that was very close to all the wedding activities and was affordable and right on the beach. He got us there and back without a hitch in our itinerary. I would strongly recommend this travel agency. They provided just what we needed. We will definitely use them again for our next big trip.

This travel agency was my first experience with a travel agent, and probably my last. I worked with one of their agents to book a Disney Cruise. While I would have been perfectly capable of booking it myself online, I thought using a travel agent would net me some onboard credit, but it did not. After taking my initial deposit, my customer service experience only went downhill. My agent, Anne, would not return my phone calls or emails and seemed to easily get my details mixed up. I had to be a pest to receive some attention. She also gave out my payment information to a shuttle service, which I had declined, and I then had to work to be reimbursed for the charges. Perhaps others have had better experiences, but I would not recommend this business.
