Staff is awsome can be kinda slow but faster then most shops im old school so when i say series or parallel i get question marks but other then that awsome premium selection and clean thats a+
This store doesn't honor their return policy. No where on their site does it say if you buy something that's broken that you will have to call the maker and have them cover it. Just wanted a simple exchange. I only had the product for 1 day. I would not and will not recommend going to them for anything. Paid good money for shoddy products.

(As for the previous guy's complaint about not knowing the thing about taking things to the manufacturer for replacement, it's at the bottom of the reciet, and they always ask if you want it emailed or a printed copy.)
I have made this location my only vapor store for three years running. In my experience, they have always been top of the game customer service wise. I can't possibly remember the last time I had felt I made a poor choice listening to their recommendations because it has never happened.
The prices are higher than online but the people are always friendly and helpful if you have an issue. If you are looking for something specific go early in the week or call ahead they are often out of things.
The loyalty rewards program is tiered and I have found the rankings to be quite fair. There is a wide variety of fluid available for sampling, both house products and premium. Have something not in your nicotine level? A couple extra dollars to pay for the nicotine and they will up the strength for you, which gives you the flavor you want at the strength you need.
