I went in looking for a jean jacket but didn't see any that I liked. I was greeted by a sales associate very promptly and told her what I was looking for. She then asked the manager on duty and they found just the right one in the back and pulled it out for me. They also accepted military discount. I very much appreciated them taking the next step to find what I was looking for. Succussful shopping trip.
