The plus size section is so disorganized, while the other section is organized to a"T". It has bad lightinging. I explained my concern and the staff just gave me a bad look.
Terrible. When I got to the mall, they weren't opened on time so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. When I got inside, they had nobody at the register and I had to walk to an associate. Then they tell me a shirt I got was final sale and they can't refund it even though nobody told me this and the tags/receipt were with me. I asked to exchange the shirt and they said they couldn't do that unless I went over the amount the shirt was. Why would I spend more money in a store, I'm not happy with.
I shop here quite often and have been for years now. I've never had a bad experience with them. The workers I've come across have all been very nice and helpful too.
All my niece wanted to do was look at some nice clothes and you guys looked at us like we were Beverly Hill scum
Used to love store. Changed sizes and no longer carry small enough for me. Clothes are made cheaply and using questionable labor. Many designs are stolen and somehow they continue to get away with it
