A JOKE!!!! Asked for 1 hour service, they agreed and confirmed. Named their price, I agreed and confirmed. Said I would be there in 30 minutes and they decided they wouldn't do it. Bad business....bad business

Best Dry Cleaners Independence MO
Wasted 15 bucks. Said they could take out coffee stain out of my jacket. I don't think they did much of anything. There were some grease stains still on the jacket that a dry cleaner should of handled easily. The gentleman behind the counter said he didn't want to put the time into cleaning it by hand. What? Don't you have a machine? Mislead from the start. Tried to say it wasn't coffee. Then said coffee doesn't come out after a month. I'm not returning. Hopefully this review will cost him some business. No refund was given.
