Machines are nice and clean, dryers are pretty hot. The attendant that works there is super mean and talks bad about customers. Specially those with kids. She’s an older lady. If it wasn’t for her, I would give 5 stars.
Love this laundromat. It's always clean and available machines. Service is always personable yet professional.
The owner should talk to the lady that works Friday night or change the hours accordingly.
Night shift is extremely rude they shut half of it down before 7pm while all the washers and dryers are full. They argued with me and said that I couldn't use the empty dryers that they just cleaned.
This place is very clean and the assistant manager is super nice. Loved it! Definitely would go back
They need more washers & dryers. The lady told me that they do have washers that equal 9 loads at their Blue Springs location. So I will go there next time I wash all of our big coats, bedspreads or pillows.
Please let me know that this issue has been resolved so that I can delete this post and continue spending my money here.

I don't mind having access to only half the dryers if it's not as busy as it was, but to shut 1/2 of it down three hours before closing time is ridiculous.
