I took my family here for lunch. Taylor was an amazing waitress. She was very friendly and helped us when needed. She also never forgot about us. The food was very good and everything was cooked right. I have been to this particular location a few times before and have never had a problem. I highly recommend this On The Border.
The food is ok, but I don't think its worth the price. My waiter was on and off as to attentiveness. It was my first visit, and I wasn't impressed.
I love this place!!! From the time you walk in till you walk out its just down right yummy!!! You get seated right away even when busy. The white cheese dip to start is the bomb!!! The tacos in their own fried shells sooooo good. Our waitress super nice!!! All the staff helpful and friendly. Nice clean restaurant. Thank you all for the great dinner on a busy Saturday night!!
We placed a to go order recently and it was a disaster! We have placed similar orders many times and had no issues. Came in, paid for the order, and then the girl helping just disappeared. No one was around, so after waiting for 20 minutes I discovered our food had been sitting on the bar. I found a sauce cup lid in my side of black beans and there was an open sauce cup without a lid in the bag. Will definitely think twice before ordering from this location again!!
And he’s patient too, having had to come back to our table three times because we couldn’t make up our minds - “No problem - take your time.” He said, while offering advice on anything we needed.
You can tell Holden likes his job, and we had a great evening in no small part Thanks to Holden. P.s. we tried the beef empanadas too and they were outstanding!
We came in on Veterans Day for the free 2-3 meal, and Holden was our server. Ask for Holden. He knows what’s great on the menu and what are good deals - like “If you’re going to order this, then you might as well order that because you get twice as much for almost the same price.”
