My daughter and her girlfriend work at the local mall. Any day I'm the one picking them up I demand my Panda Express fix! I am hooked on Orange chicken, chow mein & chicken & green beans. It's always fresh & the staff is polite & service is prompt. They always offer the customers a taste test of anything we've not tried before. 100% satisfied!!
Came to this location on a weekday around 8pm! I got in the line ready to order as i noticed and employee on the same side i was cleaning the glass. He prompted another employee to pass him a towel to wipe the glass. She handed him a towel but told him it was dirty and he still used it anyway! My food was cold, rice was clumpy and the orange chicken seemed like they rushed to cook it. I often eat Panda express and this is totally unacceptable to me as i am an often and PAYING customer! Will think again before i come back to this location!
I love Panda, but this location clearly mixes the old unfresh food (instead of throwing it out) with the freshly cooked food and tells you it's fresh. That's gross. When asked for a sample of the Beijing Beef they handed us one of the fresh chunks on the top of the mixture. Visually seeing that there were mostly older soggy, dark unfresh chunks we then asked to try one of those. The person was like trying to hide it. We asked if it was fresh and they said it was. I understand why the reviews are mostly negitive here. Get it together people.
The foods was sucks, the manager is not doing her job and the employees are unpleasant and rude. Very unsafe place to eat due to the employees unsafe food preparation. The place is a mess where they cooked their foods, at the back where they wash their dishes was so nasty, they don't clean very well all the kitchen utensils because they are rushing to get it done. Which I believe that is not right. People are buying and eating their unsafe foods and guess what we all get sick! I wouldn't recommend this nasty Panda Express located at Independence Center (Mall). I need to report them to HEALTH DEPARTMENT!
My girlfriend and I went though the line. The first server seemed miserable and sounded like a robot that was annoyed with every customer. Handed us our plate after we told them the first entree item and walked away as if that's all we we're getting. We got to the end of the line and the register lady charged us for a larger soda even tho I asked for a small water cup. Not to mention the dry chicken I just ate because the line was to long to tell them about it.
