Ive been a tenant at the all time best storage facility I've ever rented. As for my fave rep. I choose all that have professionally represented your business you must have an excellent training program and incentives, something lost in our TO BIG TO FAIL companies. I would move to boulder to work for you anytime. Thanks keep representing.

Do not use this facility. They were bought out by Red Dot Storage 2 months ago and the service has been subpar. We were notified rates were going up but so would security despite going from a business hours staff onsite to no staff on site. The main gate to the facility has been wide open now for 13 days straight, leaving the entire complex vulnerable to theft. When I called, "Josh" in customer service told me they were are in the process of doing "maintenance" which consists of switching to a new local contractor to take care of the facility. No time frame for when the gate will be back in service. Also had trouble with my first payment to Red Dot. Used the onsite rent deposit box at the gate to deposit my July payment as I always have and ended up being block for nonpayment. Turns out they only check the rent deposit box 2 times per month and then the "supervisor" picking it up mails it snail mail to Colorado. I called customer service multiple times and they were unhelpful and unapologetic. After 3 weeks of the check in limbo somewhere between Independence and Colorado, I finally just paid it by debit card over the phone only to be called the next day and told the check had arrived. Their plan is to install a kiosk at some point on the facility grounds. I wish the City of Independence would stop allowing out of state business owners. We have already contacted a new storage facility that is locally owned and will be moving before the next payment is due.
