Very customer friendly, always polite and client-oriented.
And the customer service at the 40 hiway location is terrible...especially the girls that work in the drive through..
The attitude they have is not very professional nor friendly ....may want to send them through an updated way to deal with people...since updating seems to be what you are doing every where else ...just saying
Sloppy service. They hold local checks into your personal account, even after it was well established over a year, at the "teller's discretion". Then when you call to talk with a manager you wait on hold for a pretend manager, whom I know was one of the tellers at the bank, to tell me they are sorry but there will be a 2 business day hold on our account. We are now in the process of finding a new bank that cares for its customers. When we first started banking there it was very personal and great customer service, now it is just trashy.
This is this most incompetent bank i have ever seen they screw with my stuff all the time this time they have had a business check for 5 days now that is normally immediate but now since they toyed with it i have less than 24hrs to get a job done we cant even get materials for so if u want a horrible banking experience feel free i am closing my account and telling them to f$!# themselves
The new "improvements" are not so great in my opinion.

I loved the 23rd street location...although the one on 40 hiway is closer to me. The people on 23rd street just had a better customer service attitude. And the new automation system is terrible. You can never get any live person to help you.
Have been with Midwest Bank for over 3 years but if they keep trying to improve something that is not broken I will find another bank. If it works leave it be. And it was working just fine for me.
