I have banked with UMB for over 20 years & could not believe I was treated so rudely. Plus I had to go out of my way to another bank location to get something taken care of. They are only able to do deposits & withdraws. They aren't trusted or trained to do anything else.
UMB should spend some of the money they charge everyone in fees now to add a personal banker to this location.

Customer service sucks big time. Went in to do business deposit, teller asked me for my ID and social. I asked why? Said that since the deposit is too large. Dumb ass.
