Great customer service, i love the tellers, they are very professional and it seems like every one enjoy to work there. They always show care for their customers.
I love Bank of America, best bank I have ever had. But this location isn't up to par with some I have been to. Very long lines thy had 2 tellers and one woman at a dear doing god know Ls what. They had a long line out the door bd they moved VERY VERY SLOW. people were going to break and lunch instead of trying to get the customers helped.
They have permanently closed their drive thru tellers, and now the ATM won't accept a cash deposit. I have tried both ATMs, for a few days now. So now I have to go inside and wait in line just to make a deposit... what year is this again?
I am very frustrated. Today I went to make a payment which was past due and here I go at 4pm to the bank. To my surprise they were already closed. The frustrating part is that I never saw anywhere or got in the mail anything or heard anything about the them changing their closing time. I go to the door which still says 5pm closing time and no bothers to say we are closed, just a lady looking at me without saying anything, until another customer came out and told me they were closed and he was lucky to have gone in. I wish they have informed us, because I wasn't the only person trying to go in to the bank at that time. The way I found out was searching online for closing hours. Please inform people.
