Buying a new truck at Metro ford was very easy. No pressure from the sales team, no meeting the sales manager, etc. The accessories guy was great and hooked us up with everything we wanted on the truck. They have called several times to make certain everything is going well and that we are enjoying our new truck. I have not been in for service yet, but I expect I great experience there as well.
The Sales Team at Metro Ford are amazing! They bent over backwards to make sure that we got the vehicle we wanted at a reasonable price that we could afford As we were leaving I told my wife, " this is the car dealership that we will go to on our next vehicle too."

Metro Ford's service department was able to find the issues that were present with the windshield wipers and the vent system. I received a call that both were covered by warranty and the car was ready for pickup. When I arrived the cashier wanted me to pay almost $500. I tried to explain to her what was conveyed to me but she continued to argue the issue. Instead of calling to check on the validity of my statements, she argued. Eventually I convinced her to contact the tech person who had assisted me. The repairs were indeed covered, it was a clerical error. I totally understand human error, but how about next time the cashier checks before arguing with a customer. I have had similar issues in the past but the warranty that I have insists that I use this shop for repairs.
I would like to thank my salesman Mr. George Rackley along with Jason Bills and the rest of the sales team they made a great impression upon me for my first new vehicle purchase.
