High way robbery. Won't use them again, outlet did not work ,can only use generator 5hrs a day so your hot 19hrs of the day then they will not check the return while you're there. So they charge you for bogus problems
We rented the 25 foot last week to drive to Colorado- what a FUN way to spend a LONG drive! I hated my kids being stuck in a seatbelt SUV for 12 hours even though I have a TV in my car- thought this would be a much more fun and memorable trip! I give them FOUR STARS and the only reason I am not posting 5 stars is because it was a bit of a loud trip so my kids could not hear the volume on the large screen TV, but my kids LOVED climbing up into the loft and sleeping and being able to walk around...
We had a GREAT experience with Unlimited RV this past week! Our family of five experienced a trip to the Gulf of Mexico and back with a wonderful camper! Stacy gave a perfect orientation, the camper was in excellent condition, was super clean, and our overall experience was superb. Highly recommend to others — and we'll be using this place again several times in the future.
When we booked our RV, Stacey let me know that he could pick us up at the airport and I was able to settle up with him at his business and he sent us on our way. He is extremely patient, kind, and always seemed to put my family first. We had about 800 miles in 7 days and this RV was perfect! Competitors were trying to charge $60 or so for a personal kit per person of a towel, a sheet, a pillow case etc and it was included in the package at Unlimited Fun. This was a huge savings for us and he even provided a military discount as Stacey was prior military too.
My family and I did some extensive research for finding the right RV for our trip to Missouri last week. We looked at about 3 or 4 different competitors and every time we ended up coming back to Unlimited Fun. I would send messages to the competitors to try to get more information and they would not reply back in 24 hours. However, Stacey (the owner), immediately replied back and even called me with more information. Their website was user friendly and gave me options for my size of family and duration of our trip.
We rented a travel trailer for a long weekend camping trip. I really like this company, family owned, reasonable rates. But their customer service is a work in progress. It took me awhile to reserve my rental. I will say everytime I spoke with Stacy, the owner, he was fantastic and got the job done. We had several issues with our rental but there was no one around to discuss when we returned the rental.
Update: I am really happy to say that Stacy the owner was diligent and fair in resolving my issues. He addressed and demonstrated how he is improving business practices. I recommend this business to other renters and I plan to use them again.
When our trip came to an end, Stacey was able to take us back to the airport and send us on our plane. All in all, one of the easiest, best, and most memorable weeks of my life. Check one off the bucket list for getting my 1 week with an RV!
