I was really stressed and was not happy that I had to get a new vehicle. Cody and Alex went above and beyond for me. Honestly I never had this great experience from buying any other vehicle. Is was no hassle and such an amazing price. I drove an hour away to get a SUV from them. Also they gave me a great in house warranty. I feel comfortable and confident from buying from them. I recently took my daughter to Metro Motors, to buy her first car. It couldn't have gone better. Right away, Cody, the salesman, put her at ease and answered all of her questions. He was very attentive and was honest about everything. It didn't seem scripted, like most of the dealerships I've dealt with. Alex, the gentleman that financed the car, was patient and clearly explained everything. I would definitely recommend Metro Motors to anyone looking for a car!!
I have worked with Cody and Alex on more than one occasion and these guys are amazing. They are easy to work with and have your best interest in mind when working with you. They didn't try to put me in a car I didn't want. They listened to what I needed and made sure the vehicle fit those needs. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
The staff at Metro Motors was great. Knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy at all. I called ahead and they had the vehicle I wanted to drive out front, washed and ready to go.
