I was very pleased with my visit to Heartland Podiatry – Independence. The staff was friendly and efficient and I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Dr. Weisman is great. He is everything you want a doctor to be. He is professional but also friendly and easy to talk to. It was nice to being able to talk with a doctor who actually listens to your questions and gives you straightforward answers.
Staff was very friendly and professional. My appointment started on time and there was little to no waiting. Dr. Weisman and the staff made sure I understood what was going on and treated me great.
Staff were very nice, Dr. Frank was exceptional. He took time to really explain things to me in a way I could understand. He was also very conservative in his approach and conscientious of the fact that some treatments are very expensive. He started with the least expensive option for my condition and we will work forward from there if needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Frank
Dr. Frank is excellent. He took the time to explain my treatment needs and the pros/cons of each option. Post-operative, he gave detailed instructions and was sensitive to comfort needs. His office staff were friendly and helpful, willing to accommodate my schedule.
