I used doctor robine a few years back and all though Dr. Robine is a great doctor, her front desk receptionist is a very 1000x rude girl which caused me to discontinue using Dr Robine. I called this morning to reestablish using Dr Robine and the same rude receptionist is still there. I can't deal with that kind of rudeness so I will NOT use Dr Robine again due to that I wont be responsible for my actions. Great doctor but rude front desk staff. Would NOT recommend
Perhaps the bad review was because of me. The doctor took extra time to listen and answer my questions. I am sorry for causing an inconvenience to others...but please don't blame the doctor's for truly caring about their patients ... and going the exta mile in care and service. To them you are not a "number" - but a human being! I would recommend them to my closest friends and family. The waiting time for me was never excessive.
I have been seeing Dr. Robine for many years. He is a great doc that makes me feel at home and doesn't beat around the bush with explanations. Definitely recommend.
Very short wait time. Friendly staff. Dr. Robine takes time to listen, not rushing through appointment like so many doctors do today. Highly recommend.
