You’re always in for an extremely long wait, and sometimes in for dealing with an employee that makes the DMV seem like a customer friendly environment.
I was so pissed with these people . All the wanted was money to help me with my phone ice had for roughly 8 months.. worse customer service in the world. . Go across the hwy to Sprint store by Costco. They guy in there was great. Fixed my problem at no charge. And talked me into buying a wireless charger.
WORST STORE EVER! This is the 3rd time I've HAD to go there either for an issue or to get a new phone and every single time I've been given false information. Not to mention the HORRIBLE wait time. So your there waiting for hours and still end up at square one. Even if you have an appointment I've still had to wait awhile to be seen. The store in Lee's Summit is way better!

Sprint is so terrible I don't know where to begin. I bought my phone (Note4) at the end of the lease because I wanted to use it until the new Note8 comes out later this year. We switched to T-Mobile to get unlimited everything on 3 lines for less than we were paying for 2 lines at Sprint. Sprint couldn't (wouldn't?) unlock my phone, so I paid for it and can't use it. We left because they started limiting our data; first the roaming data was limited to 100mb, then the 4G was limited to 10GB before they slow you down to unusable speeds. They do not have unlimited anymore and you can't even purchase more roaming data. At least 40% of the country was roaming with Sprint, so we rarely had data, being truck drivers that travel constantly. Now with T-Mobile we get true unlimited data and coverage everywhere. Much better signal, great customer service and we pay less. They gave us a business account that has unlimited data including roaming, since we have our own trucking business. I hate the cheap LG phone I got for now, but the Note8 will come soon hopefully, and it's Sprint's fault I can't use my Note4 until then, so I'm happy with T-Mobile.
WORST STORE EVER SPENT 3 HOURS WAITING TO GET HELPED. THEN I GET TO THE COUNTER FOR AN UPGRADE AND THEY DON'T HAVE THE PHONE I WANT EVEN AFTER I CALLED TO VERIFY AND IT JUST SO HAPPENS THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WASN'T THERE EITHER! NEXT TIME I'M DRIVING TO LEE'S SUMMIT AT LEAST I'LL GET HELPED FASTER, THE REPS WITH HAVE BETTER ATTITUDES AND THE THEY'LL MOVE WITH SOME URGENCY. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS STORE NO STARS!
