Worst billing place EVER!!! It's my job to provide insurance for my kids....its not my job to make sure you Bill it correctly. They are messing up my credit because their billing department can't do their job right. I'm not paying for something because you don't Bill that way. I will just hire an attorney to handle this. Don't use this place. I can afford to pay it I just won't it's principle now.
I have been here several times and the nurses are always very nice to me, pleasant to my children, the doctors have been very attentive to the needs of my kids and I am very happy with their service.
some providers are amazing while others are quick to shove medication or push you aside as if you don't know your child.
If I can give no stars I would. I will never go back and I am filing a complaint. I had many issues with the slick comments and rudeness but yesterday drew the line. Don't take your kids here.
Beyond rude is a better way to say how they talk to their patients. Of course of the decade plus my children having going here, we have a few issues concerning them and the way they have said their little under the breath type comments but yesterday things reached an entire new level! I even called the doctor not a nurse but a doctor out on her personal comment, not a medical comment but personal and she thought she has a right to speak to someone like this.
