It took them over an hour to figure out my childrens vaccine schedule, while I was locked in an exam room with two toddlers. The nurse couldn't even get a blood pressure done on my 3 year old. They are rude, disorganized, and I would never in a million years recommend anyone trust these people with your children.
Just had my 1st appointment there and was pleasantly surprised. No waiting and the staff was friendly and competant. I loved the lady Doctor I was assigned. She was personable, concerned and thorough. I am thankful to have found this clinic at a much needed time in my life!
This place is a joke. Constantly hounding to get them to do their job. They don't refill prescriptions in a timely manner nor do they schedule outside appointments for necessary treatment with promptness. Takes a month or more just to get in! The staff is well dare I say not doing their job!
Had to bring my sick daughter in for a walkin & was told they dont do walkins after 730 & no openings till January. Front desk not very helpful at all. Was hateful when explaining that when i called not even 30 mins before showing up to do a walkin. Been here one other time & my kids liked the doctor & she was helpful & very friendly. Cant wait to find a better pediatrician for my kids with a more welcoming environment.
Dr Cox was extremely nice, honest and explained everything to me. I would recommend this Dr.
