Went in to get power turned on. & the customer service representative. Was rude as hell. Then I went back in a week later to get my printout. & got a different customer service representative.. & she was nice & very helpful. So I guess it matters which day u go. It's a roll of the dice, to have a customer service representative be nice or have attitude..
