Rude ass people (ladies, the guy was okay) on the phone. Everyone dislikes them and I see why. They always interrupt you & think they know what you're talking about, when if they'd shut the hell up and listen as they're supposed to stuff would move MUCH faster. The irony.
Go an hour before they close and you won't wait as long.

I went here and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I did have an appointment. Mrs. Arellano helped me and answered my questions that I asked. She was very pleasant. I will go back if needed in the future and hopefully get her to help me.
Save every thing SSA sends you and invest in a call-recorder app! It'll save many headaches. The turnaround rate must be off the charts, as the same case will have tens, if not hundreds of different people working on it. Once something has been decided, another SSA personnel may reopen and deny claims, retroactively!
We paid the govt back. Thankfully, God has allowed us financial freedom. However, those that don't have excess funds, please be wary of what these employees are saying as far as advice!
Overall, I don't understand why these rude, untrustworthy people are paid to answer phones for SS and handle SS business. If THEY wouldn't jack up and lie about fixing IMPORTANT business *repeatedly, we wouldn't have a problem. ~
I want to give Jessica the highest compliment I can. I appreciate how fast she was responding to what I was there for and giving me what I needed to fill out and return the same day. I growing up in Independence am so glad to see another person as Jessica that as soon as your shift starts you are not only helpful but Caring.
They also have an inability reading dates on papers. I don't know if they're deceiving me on purpose or if they need to go back to grade school.
Social security personnel at this establishment are not trained properly. Do NOT follow their instructions you receive in person! We did, and owed 15000. AA lady working there lies about disability rules and her lies will end up costing Your family! Take heed of our mistaken trust in employees at this particular facility, as their negligence knows no bounds.
