Absolute worst service ever. I went into the Lee's Summit location a month ago and felt completely discriminated against I was followed around the store even after making my purchase. I spoke to the manager (Rob) I believe at the time of the incident and expressed my concerns. He apologized but I still wasn't satisfied with my experience. I called corporate and was told I'll be contacted within 7-10 days no one has reached out to me and it's been well over a month. I highly suggest shopping elsewhere, where you're valued as a customer and your concerns are a big deal to the corporation. I'll be sure to let all my friends and family know NOT to shop here!
Worst experience EVER!!!!!! Two managers followed my family around the store. We went to the kids, women and men section and spent some time in each. I notice each time that one of the two managers happen to be everywhere we were. We go to the front to purchase and the first manager "so happens" to be going that way too. The associate replies to a message on her headset "no that was someone that walked in that set the alarm off"(assuming that it was us walking out with something).The next manager comes alone and said to the associate that it was taking her a long time with us and stood over her shoulder until we were finished. I than conforted her about it. She said that she was calling security.
I don't usually take the time out to complain about customer service but this one was a hum dinger. My wife and I walked up to the register and the young female employee was talking to two young male employees who moved off when we walked up. Acting as though we were bothering them by "making" them move. If I was the manager I wouldn't want my employees blocking the checkout lane shooting the breeze. The employee then laughingly and rudely told us she couldn't ring us up, that her associate would have to. Didn't notice that her lane light wasn't lit up. My bad. I don't know if she meant to be rude but she was obviously too young and immature to know how to be professional and gracious. I was so taken aback that I didn't say anything but it was apparent that we weren't impressed by that. Then as the other cashier was ringing up the items, she was loudly conversing with the other employees over her headset, and chatting him up too. It was distracting and once again - very rude and unprofessional. I noticed that most of the staff looked younger than 20 (which is great) but there clearly needs to be more training and/or supervision.
Worst place ever. My 15 year old son and some friends went here on a sunday after a movie. They were followed around and told to "get their asses out of the the store" accused of stealing. The boys called a parent. Again employees where very rude..tellling them to get out. No merchandise was recovered, no security call, and no incident report made. I called the manager and was told there was nothing he could do and nobody I could talk to. He was rude. Called back the next day and got the reginol managers number. Finally someone listened and apologized for the incident being that these boys where 14 and 15 year old good kids being falsely accused. Never shop here!
Terrible golf section's employee name Jim(old man) He said " no women golf equipments in this store since I work here for 4 years, this place is so pathetic. You can go some place find what you need or go internet buy from there..." I couldn't believe words come out from his mouth. He didn't want to help me or his employer. I never want to go back there. Sucks to be them.
