We went to Red Wing to find a pair of good working boots for ED. Tried on several different ones. The man that was helping us was very polite and willing to wait until we decided which ones we wanted. Very pleasant atmosphere

Decent shoes reasonable price however inserts are rather expensive
They helped us five minutes passed the closing time because we had a little situation. Not most places would do that. That is what you call excellent customer service.. Going above and beyond.
