Disappointed in your customer service. Ordered a gift online, and selected ship to store. I received an email about 30 minutes later that my order had been cancelled. I called your customer service center, and received very poor service. I understand it is the holidays, and they are filtering many phone calls a day, but when you utilize a business you should at least be able to get a reason as to why your order has been cancelled without pulling teeth. After finally getting what I assumed was the answer (the store didn't actually have the shoes) I was told I could re-order, and pay shipping, then contact your customer service team to attempt to get a refund for the shipping due to your mistake.
I am always able to find a good deal. Staff is helpful and able to provide suggestions for my picky wife.
I put 3 stars because overall they have great shoes and great prices, however, customer service lacks. My mom and I felt we had to leave behind shoes for a few reasons. 1. When we got there, we immediately felt we were being followed or watched. We had no huge bag or purse, nothing to physically be able to carry 2 boxes of shoes. 2. When we went to ring out, we witnessed, whom I would assume to be the manager, yell at someone elses child. And 3. At that same time, I asked if I could spin the deal wheel, not knowing its purpose. He then replied "you can spin it all you like, but you wont get anything." in the rudest way possible. Not to mention he would yell and disrespect his employees. I will not be returning.
They have friendly staff and great shoes! So many brands. Can always find a good pair of shoes here.
It is disappointing that after spending hundreds of dollars with your company, this is the type of service I received. I will strongly be considering taking my business elsewhere when shopping for shoes for my family in the future.
