I like not having to deal with deposits. I never have understood some places charging a couple hundred bucks plus the rental fee. A couple hundred on a new car wouldn't even replace the mirror, so it doesn't make sense to have them tag my card for $230 for a $30 rental.
This place....clean cars...great space and excellent customer service. Live in the city but will be here every time I rent
We rented a Explorer to drive to Texas but unfortunately I was admitted to the hospital On Thanksgiving . We were upgraded to a Yukon denali which I thought was really cool and really nice but never got to enjoy the vehicle because like I said I was in the hospital All weekend .The staff was great the vehicle was clean I just had a hospital stay .
I rent often from Avis. I have accounts with competitors, but the service is always great.
I am a frequent customer and do foresee that changing. From needing an extra vehicle in town, or just to save miles on my car when leaving town, Avis has always come through.
By far the most important is the owner, Mike, who goes out of his way to make sure you get a great car at a great price. Customer service is consistent and second to none.

I have always had a great experience with the store at Independence Center, Independence, MO. The man I normally deal with is very friendly and personable.
The reservation app makes it easy to pick a car, date and time to pick up. I have never had a car not there. I went to Enterprise once and they didn't have any cars. They couldn't seem to find a car at any of their locations except the airport, and they wouldn't rent to me because I had to have a current ticket showing I was flying into KC. Really??? They found a location with cars and wouldnt' honor the reservation... I changed that day to Avis and haven't looked back.
I Like picking up a car that has a full tank. It is frustrating to go to some places that you just have the fuel where it was when you picked it up. That means at other places I have had to stop for fuel as soon as I pick it up. With Avis that is never a time concern for me.... The car is clean, fueled and ready to go.
