Rented the car for a week because my car was in the shop. My car was done early so I wanted to return the rented vehicle early. Because I had prepaid for the week, they would NOT refund the 2 days that I didn't use the car. I will NEVER rent from Hertz again!! Not only am I out the cost of the repairs on my current vehicle but the rent for a vehicle I did not need. I usually use enterprise and I will go back to them.
Not even worth a 1 star! Had my car in for a accident repair, customer service called to make reservation. 8am on Tuesday morning we will have a driver meet you. Night before body shop called said they would not be able to meet me until 10am...... So I called asked if I could come pick car up guy told me "no" hung up on me.....I called again after a long wait on hold manager said " Be here before 6 we will have a car." Now I want to return I called and asked since this was a 35 min drive for me if they could schedule for someone to pick up the car. The same guy from before laughed and said " no, we don't pick cars up you rent you drop off!" I asked if it matter where I drop off the car. He replied " yes you rent from here you return here we need that car!" Then he hung up on me....
After trying to rent a car from enterprise with no luck my daughter from out of town went to Hertz and had no problems renting one there. Thanks Hertz for being easy to work with.
Booked a rental so i thought on a monday was told to call on wednesday by eric for a better idea on what type of vehicle that would be availabe. spoke with another guy on wednesday morning to verify my reservations and here it is thursday morning day of vacation and im stuck with no way to get there. Luckily entetprise is able to help. highly recommend not going to this company
Worst customer service ever! I know I didn't pay for my rental but I feel bad for the insurance company that did!
Watch out guys they like to charge extra.... I got charged 270 dollars when I only had to pay 160! Now waiting in my check with the extra cash they took. Wouldn’t recommend them at all
