HEY GOOGLE! How hard is it to correct the hours of operation for the Nuts and Bolts Store on 291 Hwy. They close at 8:00 PM, not 9:00 PM. They are an awesome store! Don’t turn away new or existing customers, because of your mistake! As a loyal customer, Trenton at the 291 Hwy. location goes out of his way to order Taste of the Wild - Salmon flavored dog food! If that’s not the greatest customer service, than I don’t know what is. I would correct this mistake as soon as possible. Google could potentially or already has affected them financially. I wonder how the company’s corporate office feels about this situation....Hmmmm.
Always friendly. I appreciate a somewhat 'hands-off' hardware store where I can roam around and figure out what I want, but I also want to ask questions from time to time. This place is great like that. Help if and when you need it. Great selection of, wait for it...nuts and bolts (and screws, other fasteners, o-rings, thingamajigs (got 20 of 'em) and whatchamacallits)...even mailboxes.
Excellent place I got a pair of pliers for $15.99 and very really good pair of players they did me well anyway
I brought in a storm window on a Thursday. They cut the glass and said the manager would be in at 7am next day. It's Saturday the window is still in the same place it was and the lady manager (Missy)has been nothing but rude!! Won't be doing anymore business here!
Great old-school hardware store. I'd buy large or expensive items at one of the big-box retailers, but for those hard-to-find items this is the place.
