This was honestly the best shoe shopping experience I've had. Daniel helped me and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me tons of options based both on my foot size and personal preference. But he wasn't pushy about it, and actually suggested some shoes that were on sale! I spent more than I planned, and he promised that if I ended up not happy I could come back to him and he would make it right.
Come on by if you're a fan of 15 year old sales people continuously trying to shove overpriced socks, shoe shine, and other unnecessary bullshit down you're throat. Be sure to pay attention to the price marked on the shoes here as well, for you may be told they are one price while the salesperson attempts to sneak a higher price past you at the register. I recommend you purchase your shoes at any other retailer in this mall other than this one. Commission > Customer service seems to be The Walking Company's mission statement.
