Great place for car repairs. Went there for an inspection and they ran and got a part to repair my muffler. Reasonably priced. Making this place my new place for mechanical needs.
The service was fast, the people were nicer than all the review; and that is saying something. I've never been more appreciative of good business practices than when I worked with Mike. Solid 10/10, would definitely go again.
New to area, needed headlight fixed and battery check but I had caregiver responsibility conflict.
Mike (who is excellent), gave reassurance concerning transportation assistance if needed. Overall outstanding, professional auto care and customer service that is above and beyond! Proud to refer all friends to Buddy's!
Crappy service niece went here for an issue with her car and they over charged her and didn’t even fix the problem because she was young and didn’t know later took another place and was told they never fixed it
Horrible experience. The owner hung up the phone the moment he heard my African accent, refused to pick up when I tried calling back. Thought it was due to bad phone signal. I brought the car, he told me to wait OUTSIDE. After about 25 mins, I went into the reception (where one customer was waiting) to remind him I was waiting. To my greatest shock, he totally IGNORED me.
