Service was good any other problems with your car that they find and you didn't know of they will tell you and ask to fix it
SLOW! It took 5 hours just for a front end alignment! I was told that they were working on it right then, but I could clearly see there was nobody near my vehicle
Terrible experience. Made an appointment the day before, brought my vehicle in for an alignment and mount/ balance of 4 new tires which i provided. I was told 2-2.5 hours max, proceeded to call after 2.5 hours and they had not even started, said they would have it done by the end of the day.... wrong. I received a call an hour later and they stated they could not figure out how to lift the truck in the air because off the skid plates and fuel tank mounted along the frame rail, I have a stock height gmc 2500 with stock sized tires. For a nationwide chain i found this to be quite a disappointment. Long story short I went and picked up my vehicle with no service being performed. The service tech also disclosed the reason they could not get my vehicle on the alignment rack was that there were 2 WALK IN customers ahead of me, it seems that an appointment means nothing at this location! This is no way to run a business and with customer service at this level they won't be in business much longer. If there were an option for zero stars that's what they would have received. Mind you this was a stock height truck with stock tires.
Prompt, affordable, and 6 month no interest financing made getting new tires easy!! Geoff provided the best customer service I think I've ever had! I'm certain he could have 30 angry customers all at once and every single person would leave happy! 5 star service and the reason I wrote this review, Geoff!!
I do not recommend visiting this Firestone location. When I called to see if they had an opening for an appointment, the gentleman on the phone said that they should be able to get me in. I learned once I got there that never actually scheduled it. The next day, at my newly scheduled appointment time, I explained to them the problem with my windshield wipers and asked if they could check it out along with the scheduled oil change. When I went to pay, it turned out that all they did was fill up the fluid. Poor customer service and an utter lack of listening.
