The man working the desk is wonderful, but communication is lacking between mechanics, customers, and technicians.
This place was recommended to me from a local mechanic. And I have to say I was very impressed with this place. Very honest, friendly, and affordable service offered. You can tell this place has the customer's interest in mind and provides honest and transparent feedback for any and all repairs. It's a bit of a drive for me from where I live now, but it's worth it and I will be back for any collision repair and/or detail work in the future.
Please do not take your vehicle here! I took mine in June and i did all of the sanding myself. I have gotten my truck painted before and did the sanding and never had a problem. When I took my truck in I asked if they would wash it before painting it. They did not so when they painted my truck there was dirt under the paint that you could see! Now a few months later the paint is starting to chip from my hood! So save your money and take your vehicle somewhere else!
I had a great experience with Maaco! The estimate they gave me was 1/3 of what two other places quoted and ended up being exactly what it cost. And my car looks fantastic--just like new!
Initial customer service was good. It all went downhill from there. Workmanship is very poor. Very sloppy. No accountability. It took many return trips to try to get paint issues fixed. They ended up having my vehicle for over a month. I would not recommend.
