Food was good,the service was fast,server was kind and courteous.Eating area was well stocked with condiments and very clean. As soon as a customer would leave,staff would come and wiped down table,seats and they even wiped ketchup,mustard bottles and salt and pepper jars down.
Went through the drive through, service was very bad. Only ordered 3 drinks and took 20 min.
The staff was for the most part friendly, but the condition of this place is just sad. There was a needle in the men's urinal (my husband took one look at it and left without relieving himself), and the women's rest room was pretty filthy as well. The pumps to the sauces were wrong, the seating was all sticky and dirty, and our food took 25 minutes even though there were only 3 people in the place. We will still come here just because of the cheese curds though.
The employees were cussing in front of my children. Manager was standing right there and said nothing about it.
If you remember the A&W of your teen years? This is NOT it. The food is nasty. Not the same at all. Root beer however is still great.
