It’s not letting me access my photos, but I’ll try to add it. I have one of two girls behind the counter laughing and having fun while one guy tries to handle the 11 people in line. They were at the back of the counter area, so it is hard to see the line and show how the employees were ignoring people. Hopefully it will let me add the pictures because that is how the whole place is run.
Went here for the very first time for a company outing. All of staff was completely amazing. Manager JD went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. It says a lot about how a company is ran by how personable and involved a manager is in a huge event. I had more fun than I would since its not typically my scene, but the energy and atmosphere are awesome! Thank you to everyone there and a huge thank you to JD!
Started at 2 stars. I had to drop it to 1 star. I found my teenagers wondering around after a short time. We decided pool might be a good idea. No signage anywhere, but learned you get balls or something from the bar. Turns out it didn’t matter all we did was walk by the three tables that were not being used and had someone from a booth yell across that “those are ours”. Not sure how that one person was using three tables, or why they are allowed to just hold them with nobody playing. That was the final straw. Gave the rest of our cards to someone with kids and left.
Not a big selection of games, but one of the biggest in this area. It’s expensive, and for the money you think they could add some sound control measure. I couldn’t even hear the game instruction for the game I was playing. Sad thing is there weren’t that many people. Their games were all loud enough to cause way too much noise. I think the games room on the square would have been a better choice.
Fun and a great place for ages 8 to 14. The food here is great and so is the customer service. The best thing here is the laser tag.
Main Event is a pretty fun family place to visit. I think it would be a super cool place for an adult party too. The pizza we had was good too I would say moderately priced. Now where it gets pricey is on the arcade games. Awesome bowling lanes and the teenagers had fun playing laser tag.
Very disappointed!! My son wanted to spend his birthday money here. We went to play laser tag and was told he was too short. He was not even a 1/2 shy of the 48’ . We have been here multiple times and never had an issue but today it was. I understand rules but if u have them be consistent. At this point I wanted to leave but he really wanted to stay. He wanted to bowl. It’s just me and him and he would have maybe bowled a few times but would not have lasted long and the price for just us two was 40.00 wow.. we will not be back. The staff tonight was less then friendly as well .
