We went in and got sat a booth, the booth seat itself was broken. They moved us, but continued to seat people in the broken booth. The food was terrible for the price, save the hassle and just go to anywhere else in the mall to eat.
There are many reasons why I'm giving this Applebee's 1 star. My first reason, which is one of the biggest reasons I'm very disappointed, is that my service was terrible. The hostess seemed very unorganized and unaware of her surroundings. When we were finally sat down at a table it took the waitress quite a while to take our order and to give us our drinks. She was also very unorganized. My family and I were semi-satisfied with our food. Overall, food was decent but service was terrible.
Was awful service. Shauna was our server and did not periodically check in. Had to personally ask for more to drink. Also took 4 tries to get the correct receipt.
Ask for Katherine. She is the most attentive and best server we have ever had. Been back several times and she always remembers our whole family and our names!!
house salad wasn't that fresh, wonton tacos were ice cold, received 2 waters that had food floating in them too. I'll never go back. 0 stars
