Have noticed the last few months that Chili's has been going down hill on meal preparations. Ate there on 11/7. Ordered the southwestern sandwich and salad. Salad was like one ran it through a food processor. Sandwich had one piece of bacon,one thin slice of tom, little sliver of lettuce. Had to ask for more dressing for sandwich, which took 5 minutes to get. What's up Chili's your going down hill. Have gave you several changes, won't be back. Tired of complaining to staff.
Went for Veterans Day meal. How do I not love free?
Went there on 11/24/2017 and we waiting like 10 minutes for our table. then they called us and then they had forgotten we needed a high chair as well as room for a wheelchair. So then we had to wait another 20 minutes. We all got sick and tired of waiting so we split our party up between a table and a booth that was diagonal from each other. The service could have been better. The food was alright. Well on 11/25/2017 almost everyone from our party except 2 people feel sick and is puking and has diarrhea. We are all positive we have food poisoning.
Everyone was nice. Service was very good considering size of crowd. Chicken bacon Quesadillas were hot, tasty and filling.
Had to wait 15 to 20min to be seated when their were 10 empty tables and my margarita tasted more like water. Food could have been better. Waitress was very nice only good thing about the place. My wife feels the same about her food. Will not come back!!
Had bartender serving tables he never checked if food was good. I got spicy chicken tenders which had very little sauce that I could not taste. Had a person that looked like the manager bringing out food and taking plates cause those where the bartenders areas and he was busy. Never got refills on drinks. Food was good though. And never got a check to pay so had to use that thing on the table which good thing they had or would of been there forever.
